1. How Long Does It Take To Receive Orders?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched..
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our products and the following time periods:
Processing time: All of our products are Created on demand. On average, merchandise is produced from 1-3 days of business and then shipped.
The processing time depends on the demand amount quantity of your order. Orders with multiple items take more time to process than others. During high volume order periods, processing time may vary.
The Estimated Time Of Arrival.
US orders may arrive approximately 3-15 days after being shipped. Rest of world will take 10-20 days.
NOTE:
Please note that Thesportstore does not guarantee delivery time due to factors that often affect shipments such as holiday, and weather delay. Moreover, the actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. Therefore, we can only offer an estimate of shipping time.
During peak seasons, your package may arrive later than expected. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand us.
2. How Much Does Shipping Costs?
The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
You will pay $4.99 for items shipped domestic (Free for additional items shipped domestic)
and $7.99 for products to the rest of the world. (Free for each additional product to the rest of the world)
3. Will Your Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
4. Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
5. Can I Change The Shipping Address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address in case your order hasn’t been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want do it.
6. What Should You Do If The Tracking Status Showing” Delivered” But You Do Not Receive Your Order?
Please contact us by email at: support@thesportstore.us with your order number or invoice, we’ll give you instructions to the post office to locate your package.
7. In Case The Order Has Been Delayed, What Should You Do?
It may be due to some errors in production or logistics, lost in transit. Please send us an email to support@thesportstore.us .We will check the problem in detail.
NOTE: In case, your order cannot be delivered because of being lost in transit. We will arrange the reshipment for you.
8. How Can I Track My Order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it.
It may take up to 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it may take even longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).
