RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

A. Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. We will let you know the return address.

B. Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Note: The original shipping fee are non-refundable. Return shipping cost aren’t the responsibility of the Thesportstore.

Cases that can be changed, returned and refunded

- The product is not clear in color, not clear in color.

- The wrong product in the order, or the wrong part of the order.

- The product is not the correct size or color as described.

- Not receiving the 45-day circle

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. Thesportstore will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.

C. Lost Orders

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

D. Refunds Policy

When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in Return Policy), we will refund for you within 7 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
